Dr. Cook joined the Plaza Del Amo family in September 2022, bringing with her 11 years of experience. Dr. Cook was born and raised in Torrance CA, she received her undergraduate degree from UC San Diego before going abroad to Australia for her veterinary degree. While attending University of Melbourne, Australia, Dr. Cook had the opportunity to work with a diverse array of patients from farm, domestic, wildlife, and zoo animals! 

In her free time, Dr. Cook loves to go hiking, road tripping, and exploring with her most perfect dog, Jax! Dr. Cook and Jax also love spending time with their family, especially her nieces and nephews! 

Her professional interest is wellness and preventative care with a healthy dose of puppies and kittens!
