Jennifer joined Plaza Del Amo in March 2021 as a veterinary receptionist. She came to us with years of experience as a receptionist in a boarding & daycare facility. Jennifer has always had a passion for animal welfare, she loves to foster kittens and support local shelters. Jennifer has continued to excel in her career; becoming a team lead and managing our social media. When she is not at work, Jennifer loves spending time with her younger siblings, reading, and going to concerts! One of Jennifer’s most fulfilling part in her role is improving client experience. She prides herself on her communication skills and always wants to find a resolution for any concern our clients may have. She is a big problem solver and a wonderful patient advocate!
