Nathalie joined  Plaza Del Amo as a receptionist in November 2021. She came to us with her Veterinary Assistant Certification, Grooming Certification, and 10+ years of work within customer service. Nathalie quickly developed into a leader and became the Reception Supervisor after only 3 months in the role! 

Nathalie has continued to grow in her nursing skills and is now working part time as a Veterinary Assistant. When she is not at work, Nathalie enjoys spending time with her Fiancé, her children, and dogs! She loves exploring new restaurants, breweries, going to Knott’s Berry Farm, and Disney Land! Nathalie’s most enjoyable aspects of work is communicating with pet parents and doing whatever she can to help them.
